Terms of Use
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Us you agree to these terms, concluded with Innovation Gate. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and use Us with one partner of your choice. One account per person.
3. The service
Us lets two people share content, get AI-generated decision cards, vote and keep a shared memory of their decisions. Us is provided free of charge during its launch period. Paid features (“Us+”) may be introduced later; they will be clearly labelled and priced before you subscribe.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to what you share. You grant us a licence to store, process and display that content to you and your partner, and to send it to our AI provider, solely to operate the service. Only share content you are allowed to share. Shared items are visible to your partner; private items are not.
5. AI-generated information
Cards, summaries, comparisons and remembered preferences are produced automatically and may be incomplete or wrong (a price may have changed, an amenity may be misread). Always check the source before booking or buying. Us does not book, buy or pay anything on your behalf.
6. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive or infringing content.
- No attempts to access another couple's data or to disrupt the service.
- No automated scraping of the service.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. Sections on content and liability survive termination.
8. Liability
Us is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you take based on information shown in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under French or EU law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. French law applies. Contact: contact@innovationgate.io.
